As a Software Engineer at Sioux, you’ll have:

You job will comprise:

      • Participate in the requirements analysis process.
      • Collaborate with your team lead/software architect to produce software design and architecture.
      • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
      • Refactor and improve the existing code base.
      • Test and deploy applications and systems.
      • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.

Job requirements


    • Technical:
      • Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields
      • Good knowledge and practical skills in clean code, software design
      • Have solid year experience in .NET with C#, or 3 years of experience in software development in Java/PHP and willing to switch.
      • Experience with Windows Form, WPF, or WinUI3 is a significant advantage.

      Soft skills:

      • Good English skills, working directly with international clients
      • Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility & commitment
      • Strong logical thinking, proactive and open-minded


    Compensation & Benefits

    • Attractive salary
    • 13th-month salary depending on the employee’s length of service
    • Project Bonus based on performance (twice per year)
    • Government Social Insurance is based on the full of gross salary
    • Full salary during probation

    Working hours & Leave

    • Flexible working hours working Monday – Friday, no OT
    • Hybrid working policy
    • 19 leave days per year, for every 3 work years, +1 day to annual leave
