Talent Acquisition Partner – Project-Based

We are seeking a motivated and experienced freelance recruiter to support our hiring efforts for highly technical roles, including Android Embedded Engineer and Linux Kernel Embedded Engineer. This is a project-based position ideal for someone who thrives in an independent and performance-driven environment with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the job requirements and target candidate profiles

• Source and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner

• Conduct first-round HR interviews to assess candidate fit and communication skills

• Collaborate closely with the internal HR and technical teams to align on hiring progress, feedback, and strategy adjustments

• Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech or engineering domains

• Proven experience in hiring roles such as Android Embedded Engineer/Linux Kernel Engineer, or similar technical positions

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and proactivity

• Willingness to work onsite 1–2 days/week in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang (optional but preferred)
